Sahodaya Rockcity Badminton Tournament was conducted at Cauvery Global School, Trichy. Eight students from our school have participated in the tournament. S.R.Ganesh of class VII and Ratheesh of class X bagged the Runners Trophy in Under 14 category.

Bharat Mata ki Jai !
73rd INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS Students and teachers celebrated the 73rd independence day with many cultural events like Patriotic songs, speech, group dance and drama. It was a meaningful celebration with ‘Unity in Diversity’ as the theme. Speeches were made on the developments and growth of India, rights of citizens and India’s future in space and technology.

Learning beyond boundaries
The students from classes I to V were taken to the Thayanur village to gain an insight into the village life.The kids were so happy to see farms, domestic animals and saw people working on the farm.The kids walked among the corn, rice and millet fields. Under EAT RIGHT!, the tiny tots of CARE International School visited the whole sale market for fruits and vegetables. They also saw how money is used to buy them and they ate these fruits and vegetables with their friends in school.

YOUNG SCIENTIST SEARCH 2019-2020 6th July, 2019 Every year Care International School organised Young Scientist Search in order to encourage the Child’s thinking ability go beyond books and think out of box. It is an opportunity provided to all the children to put on their thinking hats and utilize the scientific principles and theories in their experiments and prove their talents. Camping
SCOUT AND GUIDE PRE-TEST CAMP 11th & 12th July, 2019 A training camp of two days was held at Guru Matriculation School, Manaparai. 8 of our students attend the camp on scout and guides pre-test camp. The course was on prances and Knots. The Scout master on behalf of the school was Mr. Kulanthaivel and students guide captain was Ms. Guna Sundari.

THE AWAKENED CITIZEN PROGRAM: FACILITATOR’S DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
A new program was undertaken by our school the awakened citizen program. This is an initiative under the tutelage of The Ramakrishna Mission. It was held from 3rd to 6th July, 2019 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Campus, Adayar, Chennai. The resource person who conducted the workshop was Mr. S. Ma. Ramanan and Ms. Vrindha.
