As a part of our extended learning session, the students of standards I, II and III were taken to the Head Post Office and the Railway Museum to learn about different places in and around their neighborhood. The students were briefed on how stamps came in to use and they also visited many departments in the post office. The students also mailed a few letters to their parents. At the railway museum the students were arranged to see the pictures of ancient railway coaches, signal lights, railway tracks and clocks. Finally the students were taken for a toy train ride, which they enjoyed the most.
